Did Jason Kessler perjure himself again, and if so, why have no charges been brought by the city of Charlottesville?

On July 24, 2018, attorneys for the city of Charlottesville submitted a legal filing in the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia in the case of Jason Kessler v. City of Charlottesville, et al (3:18-cv-00015-NKM-JCH). The filing detailed the defendants' proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law. In the filing, the city claimed no less than four times that Jason Kessler perjured himself under oath . It has been 193 days since the filing was submitted, and no legal action has yet to be taken against Jason Kessler .
